According to the breaking current range, the fuse can be divided into general-purpose fuse, backup fuse and full range fuse. General-purpose fuses are mainly used to protect power transformers and general electrical equipment, while backup fuses are often used in series with contactors to protect motors. The rated voltage of the fuse should be consistent with the operating voltage of the motor, and the operating voltage is related to the length of the fuse tube. The material, cross-sectional area and temperature rise of the connecting line shall also comply with the regulations and shall not be changed at will. In addition, the dust accumulated on the fuse should be removed in time, and the fuse with an action indicator should be checked regularly, and the fuse should be replaced in time if it is found to have acted.
